Something To Wine About Art and Wine Gallery is the perfect opportunity to give these passions of the heart the perfect platform. Art and wine connects with art and wine lovers through Something to Wine About.
Art continues to be an important aspect of cultures around the world, as long as people continue to communicate their artistic visions to others. Private art galleries are often associated with an urban lifestyle, but art is also increasingly becoming a tourist attraction. This gives you time out, relaxation, something you give yourselves the time to admire, contemplate and purchase, while on holiday.
Du Kloof Lodge showcase art from various local and national artists, and also wine from local wine farms – since great wine is just another art form. The perfect setting of Du Kloof Lodge (co-owner of Something To Wine About) nestled in the surrounding Du Toitskloof Mountain as well as the traffic the N1 brings was some of the main considerations for establishing Something To Wine About.
Something To Wine About brings together these complimenting art forms in a beautiful, relaxing environment. This is where tourists, passing visitors and local wine and art connoisseurs can get a “taste” of the best the Breedekloof and surrounds has to offer. Stimulate the senses with the taste and smell of good wine, the visual feast of great art you can touch and even the occasional art that is good on the ear.
